Cabinet designer and builder Charles Lantz and General Contractor Richard Lind have collaborated since 1998. "I knew he was going to do this kitchen," notes Richard, "as soon as the client met with him they agreed. He's very thorough about understanding what the customer wants - and very fair with his pricing."
The layout was by John Hattie at Atlantic Home Designs Limited with Charles doing all the detailing. Counters throughout the kitchen are topped with granite.
The home owner wanted the cook top to be the focal point.
She also asked for a pantry wall-unit which can be seen in the background.
The large, maple wood island with a black bean stain features Charles Lantz Cabinetry's typical fabulous finish. The island has plenty of storage and two stools.

Other views of the island and the master suite's vanity - as shown, it's partly behind the walk-in shower.
The Charles Lantz Cabinetry team included cabinet builder Roy Parsons who was assisted by Bubby McGinnis, Solomon Childs, Richard Hirtle and Kyle Veinot,
with Brent Strong as finisher.
