Nova Scotia cabinetry at its finest - CLC's latest custom building project!

Charles Lantz comments:

It was a great experience building a house. I would like to mention all the people that were involved with this venture for Mary and I:

• My friend Elliot Mosher Builder (902-521-3130) built the house and laid the interior flooring. His workers were Allen Willlis, Corey Zwicker and Mike Wechsler.
• Graham Langille of Langille's Excavation (902-624-9844) did the groundwork.
• The best person to do the foundation was Donald Veinotte (902-624-0408), his work was extremely well performed.
• Neil Mader of Mader's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd. (902-644-3999, cell 902-521-6689) installed our heating system - a Payne 4-ton heat pump. We're very pleased with Neil's work - he does such a wonderful, professional job.
• Darrell Swinimer of No Problem Plumbing and Electrical (902-527-7118) did an outstanding job.
• Mike Anthony of C. Anthony's Plumbing (902-521-4528) helped me with the plumbing, Mike and I have done a few projects together. I knew he was the man for the job
• Construction materials came from Nova Scotia Building Supplies.
• The drywall was install by a great company. Zinck's Drywall & Taping (902-527-1498) did the job with very few touch ups which made the painting so much easier.
• Donald Mader of Young and Mader Painting (902-624-8781) helped me do the interior painting, what a neat company!
• The appliances for our house were purchased from Calvin Armstrong of Calvin's TV Sales and Service - Frigidaire professionals (902-275-4366)
• There are two suppliers I use most of the time for my company: Richelieu Hardware supplier of cabinet hardware, sinks and faucets as well as Robert Bury and Company for hardwoods and plywoods. Many thanks to both for their fine quality!

My company did all interior work including the casing, passage doors and base.
The workers on the build and install are:

• Window seat and laundry room: Richard Hirtle
• Two vanities: Mike Drew and helper Winston Wagner
• Hanging doors and casing: Dana Tanner
• Installation of the base: Mike Drew
• All spraying: Jeff Crouse and helper Cody Slauenwhite
