Older home in Halifax gets beautiful new kitchen during major restoration & upgrade

Beautiful homecoming for Moira. She grew up in this house, as did her father and his five siblings.
Working with Charles Lantz Cabinetry "was a very good experience from beginning to end," says Moira.

CLC is building a purpose table to go with the built-in bench on the left - note the additional storage. Cushions will add to the comfort of this dandy unit.

From left: Master bathroom vanity, children's bathroom vanity (waiting on the mirror) and half of the entryway cloakroom - the other half is on the other side of the door - so convenient!
CLC builders, installers & finishers
- Build & installation: Roy Parsons assisted by Jessem Wamback, Winston Wagner, Richard Hirtle, Ken Rafuse, and Kyle Veinotte.
- CLC painter was Jeff Crouse, assisted by James Conrad.
Architect, contractor & others
- Designer architect: Douglas Matthews, Garden Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia. The general contactor was Work of Art. "These two people did a great job in restoring this senior home," says Charles Lantz.
- Nova Tile and Marble Ltd. did the stone countertops.
- East Coast Specialty supplied the 3" thick butcher block top for the island.
