kitchen feature of the month: july '13 |
Debbie & Wayne Feener were happy with their kitchen - until it was destroyed by flooding in 2012. That unfortunate event generated months and months of frustration including incompetence, an unwillingness to do the job right, seven weeks in a hotel and legal counsel. All that changed when Charles Lantz arrived on the scene. Today, the Feeners are delighted with their brand-new kitchen and the skilled, hard-working tradesmen who made it happen.
"Wayne wanted a second opinion," recalls Debbie. That was the start of this story's happy ending. Charles Lantz reported on his findings and the insurance adjuster agreed to CLC starting from scratch. "It was well worth it in the end," she adds with delight.
"Roy and the crew were so considerate," says Debbie. "At the end of the day they tidied any mess. They even vacuumed the drawers. It took them eight days to install the kitchen . . . and we kinda missed them when they left!"

Charles Lantz comments:
"Wayne and Debbie needed help, their experience with the previous work to their kitchen was unbelivable. CLC was happy to
help get them back to having a feeling that their money did have value. My hope is that they will enjoy their wonderful
new space for many years."
Yours truly, Charles Lantz
