Izilda and Mike Pittman raised five kids in their modest home. After living in it 30 years, they agreed it was time for a change.
That decision resulted in a six month rooftop-to-foundation renovation - a brand new home without the inconvenience of changing their address. Their son Shane managed the entire project - including the kitchen and dining room trading places. Safe to say his parents are delighted with the results.

"The built-in cutlery drawer is so easy to clean," says Izilda.
The bar is home to two hidden cupboards, one at both ends. Every inch of space is used - resulting in plenty of storage.
It's these well-designed features that are so typical in a Charles Lantz kitchen.
