"The 1st time I saw the cabinets in the shop I cried," recalls Brenda Cook. "They were exactly what I wanted. I must be the luckiest girl around to have a kitchen like this!"
After 35 years, Brenda Cook decided it was time for a new kitchen and her husband, Philip certainly saw her point. They knew right from the get-go Charles Lantz Cabinetry was perfect for their project. "He'd built the cabinet in the TV room," she says. "I'd been on his website, I'd seen his work in other homes."

"I don't have a messy drawer anymore, I have a place for everything. I have all kinds of storage." With a kitchen full of spacious Charles Lantz Cabinetry drawers, the days of getting on her hands and knees to search for a pot at the back of the cupboard are long gone. The kitchen drawers were built to fit the stainless steel hardware - the longest she could find. "It took them a whole day to put on the handles - so much attention to detail. Charles is absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough.
"They did a perfect job - Charles, Roy and Brent."

Special CLC touches included in-the-bathroom drawers with slots to neatly house Brenda's makeup; crown molding around the kitchen's vent cover; a pull out pantry, and a purpose drawer for recyclables. A beautiful china cabinet displays some treasured silver once belonging to Brenda's mother and grandmother.
After a four-day install, the holiday season arrived later in the month. "We had 19 people for Christmas," says Brenda. "There was so much counter space - there was food everywhere and space for everything - with extra space left over."

Brenda looks around her kitchen with satisfaction. "It's the focal point of our house," she says. "People come in and say 'Wow!' Charles you come back in 10 years and you won't see one scratch - I'll take such care," she declares wholeheartedly.
