"Charles was suggested by contractor Norman Whynot and by our architect. He has quite a reputation. As well, I did research. He was charming, delightful. He brought us smoked mackeral, then smoked salmon. Oh my god it was divine!"
"The architect was Vincent den Hartog and he should be credited with the kitchen design, which Charles and his team executed to perfection!!"
