Affordable forever kitchen - dream come true!

Custom built with hidden features - CLC Feature Project March '14

"It's the Cadillac of kitchens, we feel very priviledged to have him do ours."

"I found his website years ago," she says. "I ogled it for years and years and years, waiting every month for the new feature. It's the Cadillac of kitchens, we feel very priviledged to have him do ours."

Birch kitchen - island

The Rhodenizers priced custom kitchens by several builders. Although they were a couple thousand dollars less than Charles Lantz, the couple was not impressed with the workmanship - or pressed particle board. "We felt pumped when we got our CLC quote. This is our forever home and we wanted to do it right. We got a Cadillac kitchen for a Ford price."

First great idea! The fridge cabinet was built to easily grow and house a larger unit should the time come.

Second great idea! The island outlets are hidden behind a faux cabinet door.

hidden pantry

Third great idea! Now you see a small section of the pantry. Now you don't. She cooks everything from scratch. And designed the house around the very spacious, yet hidden, pantry. There was some skepticism that any builder would make it happen, but she had no worries about CLC. "Charles delivered," she says with satisfaction.

CLC crew:

  • Michael Drew was in charge of this job construction and installation with assistance from Dana Tanner, Winston Wagner, Richard Hirtle and Allen McWhinney.
  • The staining and finishing was performed by Jeff Crouse, with Sheldon Langille assisting.

Charles Lantz comments:
"With this raised panel birch kitchen, we used a plywood interior. The client came up with a custom stain. The Rhodenizers knew what they wanted, which made my job easy. I hope they are enjoying their new kitchen!"
All the best and thank you from CLC and Staff
