feature of the month: december '07 |
They wanted a Shaker style cherry kitchen with floor-to-ceiling cabinets.
A wall oven was the way to go, but no range hood over the stove-top to detract from the over-all look.

The Zodiac Countertop was purchased through Nova Scotia Building Supplies. Cathie chose easy-care extruded quartz over the more porous granite.
As well, CLC created an elegant mantel as shown above. Ever practical, its television, shown below, is hidden from view when not in use.
CLC cabinet builders of this project were Roy Parsons, Dana Tanner, Ricky Hirtle and painter Brent Strong.
"The crew was great," recalls Cathie. "Very polite, very customer-friendly, they aimed to please
and were pleasant to have in the home. They're always very helpful - even at the shop. Good customer
service - that's from Charles and his staff."
Gordon Craig built the home,
Christopher Robar did the wiring, feature lighting was by
Chris MacQuarrie and
tile backsplash and fireplace accents were by Bernds Ceramic Tile.
The Nelsons have just contracted CLC to create
another beautiful, smoothly functioning space - this time in their office. A wall unit work station will include plenty of
hideaway features to keep office trappings out-of-sight. Also an inviting, wrap-around window seat.
Safe to say they're pleased with Charles - and his crew.
